Also, an endless process and chasing to get it solved. It's such a small world that I ended up meeting someone this week who went through almost the same experience with them: he bought an expensive sofa and came with the wrong legs. It took me more than 2 MONTHS, several emails, phone calls and visits to the store to get the correct set of legs for the chairs I bought.Īlso they LIED saying they tried to contacted leaving a voice mail message and I do not have voice mail service activated on my phone!!! This was the last drop for me. They delivered 2 sets of the legs (in a box already opened) which were from another model of chairs!!! I bought 4 chairs in the Haarlem store in April, got delivered almost 3 months later (no communication whatsoever regarding the delay, only after I chased them). One of the WORST customer services I've encountered in my life.
